Excal Consulting was founded in March 2021 by Mr S. E Ngcongo and Mr S. E Luthuli to fullfil their goal of providing electronic skills to youth. The business pioneers already have experience in a training electronics industry. Where by they use to work as facilitators, Assessors and learning material developers for one of the bigest IT and Electronics Company. They initially opened their own bussiness by targeting unemployed youth with the aim of helping them to revive their future. Excal Consulting which is 100% black owned business will be recognised as a world –class organisation for electronics by providing the highest –quality staff that foster learner’s development and connect knowledge, practice, and outstanding research. The organisation will continuously provide innovative programs that will significantly contribute to the prosperity of its region and to humanity while maintaining with the environment.
OUR TRAINING DELIVERY
As Excal Consulting we research skills gaps and from there we then design and develop
all of our training courses in great detail with one aim in mind – to help you take your course participants and your company to the next level. Having this capability in-house
allows us to conduct an in-depth training needs analysis, pinpoint urgent skills gaps and
design practical learning modules which are highly relevant to the South African working environment. At Excal Consulting we currently provide training for NQF Level 4 Electronics with 122 credits and occupatitional training programs. We believe that the end result of any training or learning intervention should show a significant return on
investment, whether it is increased performance, efficiencies and most importantly you
will receive the most in-depth and practical training available anywhere in South Africa
