Founded in March 2021 by Mr. Siphamandla E. Ngcongo and Mr. Sabelo E. Luthuli, Excal Consulting is dedicated to equipping youth with essential electronic skills. With extensive experience in electronics repairs and training industry, both founders previously served as repair technician, facilitators and learning material developers for some of the largest IT and Electronics companies.
Excal Consulting was established with a mission to empower unemployed youth and help them reshape their futures through quality training. As a 100% black-owned business, we aspire to be recognized as a world-class organization in the electronics sector. Our commitment lies in delivering the highest quality of repairs, education and manufacturing that promotes learner development, bridging the gap between knowledge, practical skills, and cutting-edge research.

OUR SERVICES
As Excal Consulting our services are:
• Providing Skills Programmes and full qualification for Electronics NQF Level 4.
• Design and development printed circuit boards for training providers and companies in small scale for prototypes and replacement boards.
• Mentor learners for workplace training and guide them for enterprenaral skills
OUR TRAINING DELIVERY
Excal Consulting is a catalyst for economic empowerment, specializing in identifying and closing critical technical skills gaps within the South African context. Our methodology begins with rigorous research into industry demands, allowing us to design and develop detailed, practical training courses with a singular focus: to elevate both participants and the national electronics sector to the next level. Our in-house capability for in-depth Training Needs Analysis enables us to pinpoint urgent shortages and create learning modules that are directly relevant to the local working environment. This ensures that every program we deliver is not just theoretical, but a tool for immediate application and impact.
OUR ACCREDITATION STATUS
Excal Consulting has Full Accreditation as a Provider of Education & Training for the provision of learning programme 80306 Electronics NQF Level 4 with a minimuim of 122 by MICT SETA with Accreditation Number: ACC/2022/05/0007.

As a new generation training company we have a firm commitment to you and our Course Participants. We want to ensure that there is a measurable impact and sustainable change from your learning experience, in short that you are able to apply your learning to real business problems. So, we believe that the reinforcement of learning is vitally important. Every course participant attending our training courses will receive extensive and ongoing post-course support from Excal Consulting (Pty) Ltd, it partners and our highly qualified course leaders for a period of 12 months after the training course.
